Today we ordered Kate a custom dress from her region. Things here are sooooo cheep. Guess how much a custom dress with matching hat....

It is very cute red with flowers. I hope to get her a few more, but we are going to wait for Guangzhou because there they are like 3.00. But I thought it was cool to get one from her home state.
Where ever we go people look at me them pass and look again. We are definitely a minatory here. When you pass the older women they get mad at you if the babies are not covered with the blanket. It's awesome how much they love their babies... not as much as me though.
We went out for dinner with another family in our group. They are really nice and we really enjoy each others company. He does hair for Redkin and travels all over the place doing celebrities hair. He has given people like Bono, Madona and Kiss all hair cuts. Really fun family! The other people is our group do not venture out much. We try to get out as much as possible, keeps our mind off of home!
Tomorrow we are going to this market where there are about 50 shops. It should be a lot of fun. The way it works is you see something you like. The lady comes over with the calculator and types in a number. Then you type in a number, and this keeps going until you get things for .70 us! Things are so cheep! I know I said that already but it's had to remember that a bracelet that costs 100.00 RMB's is 12.00. We are having a great time!

She is just so freakin cute!!! Everytime I look at the pictures I just wanna squeeze her little cheeks, I know that sounds corney but its true. I actually like coming to work in the mornings cause reading your blog makes me excited to see and hear the new stuff thats going on! :-) I'm so glad your having a great time!

OK, I now a couple of post ago you wrote about how much you wish you where home. But after your late two post I think there is a number of us that wishes that they where there with you, and it is not because everything is cheap. The pictures you have sent of the sites in China and of Kate pigging out on pizza and cursing around the room makes my wish I was there with you. I know I am "Holding on to China".
P.S. Ben would like to send Keira to China so Kate can play with her. Ben is really bonded with his sister. :)
Pictures of Kate are sprinkled around the house and every time I see that cute smile, I can't help but think how YUMMY she is. You all look so natural together! Like many others have said, we are a little quicker to spring out of bed in the morning since we know there will be new pictures and news from you.
Jack and Olivia keep asking when you'll be home, and they, too, want to join in on the pizza and chicken nugget dining experience!

Jen shared your blog with me so I could get my fill of Kate pictures. She is divine! And my heart is bursting with joy seeing you in the role you were meant to have - MOM! Many moons ago, after you had taken Tommy and Allie's picture, Jon said, "Now there is someone who really should be a Mom." And now you are. Brian's smile is infectious, but Kate's steals the show. Hey guys!! Looks like you are adjusting to being momy and daddy quite well! My favorite pictures is of her smiling and the ones of she and Brian sleeping together in the bed. I pulled out Kate's picture to show a friend and Ben said "that's Kate"!!! Good luck on your way home, sorry I haven't sent you a message till know but I guess out of sight out of mind and out of country, really out of mind. Just kidding! Meg and I have been updated constantly from mom on the progress and the pictures are awsome. We even went to eat at Chi Tug last week to feel closer to your experience, I hope Kate can cook great Chiness food! Thank god this long journey is over for the two of you, it was obviously worth the wait. What is everyone going talk about now at family parties. I have no idea... oh wait a second, I have an idea.
