Heather, this blog is the best and such an awesome way to be a part of this exciting adventure in your lives. You are a family and she is falling in love with the two of you every day. Heather and Brian.....isn't it amazing how this little girl who you'd never seen before is now the most important thing in your entire life? And isn't it amazing how that deep seated love just comes into play so quickly? That part of parenthood is the same for both adoptive parents and birth parents. You never know what you're going to get until that baby arrives and, once it does, it doesn't matter what you got because you love it more than your own life. Immediately, intensely. Kate obviously feels safe and loved. And for her, that's all she needs. What a lucky little girl to have such a mom and dad as you! And what lucky parents to have such an angel! -Jenn
